At Madhurima Fashion, each garment undergoes a rigorous three-stage quality check before leaving our Surat atelier. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

General Returns

✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers.
  • Customized or altered products.
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, or damage caused by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or damaged products (subject to availability).
  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

📦 Return Process

    Product photos/video (if damaged)
  2. Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared.

Refund Process

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the product passes quality inspection.
  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method or UPI account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A flat shipping charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount in case of return or exchange.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they cover courier and handling costs.
  • Even if the order was delivered under Free Shipping, ₹149 will be deducted as logistics charges during return processing.
  • The remaining balance amount will be refunded after product inspection and approval.

🚚 Reverse Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available in selected locations.
  • In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed if item is defective).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution — this will not be considered a defect.
  • Handmade or hand-painted products may have minor irregularities, which are part of their unique design.
