1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Madhurima Fashion website and the purchase of any products from it. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Authenticity & Representation
All garments are manufactured in our Surat facility. Please note that photography lighting may cause slight color variations. Our 'Big Flair' and 'Bridal' collections use premium fabrics that require professional dry cleaning only.
3. Orders & Payments
For wholesale inquiries, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies as per the current season's catalog. Prices are subject to change based on the market value of raw silk and handwork materials.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping within India takes 5-7 business days. International couture orders may take 14-21 days depending on customs clearances. All shipments are fully insured.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Custom-stitched cholis and lehengas are non-returnable. Unstitched fabric sets may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they remain in original, untampered packaging with all tags attached.
6. Intellectual Property
The unique embroidery patterns and bridal silhouettes featured on this site are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction of Madhurima Fashion designs is strictly prohibited.
